By accessing or using Milesto.io ("the Service"), operated by Amro Alzeiq trading as Milesto, available at milesto.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Milesto is a web-based project management platform that helps teams plan, track, and manage projects with milestones, tasks, and deliverables. The Service includes optional AI-powered features for project assistance.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

6. AI Features

AI-powered features are provided as-is and may produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it. AI features are optional and can be disabled.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milesto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
