Milesto.io ("Milesto", operated by Amro Alzeiq) offers subscription-based project management services. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for payments made through our platform.
2. Free Trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to the plan's features at no charge. You will not be billed until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account will revert to the Free tier once the paid period expires
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges - if you were charged more than once for the same billing period
- Technical billing errors - if you were charged after successfully cancelling before the renewal date
- Service unavailability - if the platform experienced extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@milesto.io with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation
- Subscriptions cancelled after the renewal date has passed
- Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
